Pricing - effective 1/1/10
NOTE: Pricing is subject to change without notice. 
 
BASE PRICING for fingerprinting service
$30.00 per Card per Person.
  • Additional Cards are $15.00 each (for one person, during the same print session). No discounts apply to additional Cards.
  • No Trip/Surcharge for Appointment Locations within approximately a 5 mile radius of 51st Av. & Peoria
  • Additional Trip/Surcharge will apply for Appointment Locations outside a 5 mile radius of  51st Av & Peoria
    • Please refer to the Trip/Surcharge page for a List of Trip Charges by Zip Codes.
  • Additional Optional Fee of $2.00: for purchasing a Money Order (made payable to the Department of Public Safety - DPS) to accompany an "IVP Applicant Clearance Card Application"
    • Note: a Money Order or Certified Bank Check or School Business Check, in the appropriate amount of $69.00 or $65.00, is required to be included with each IVP Applicant Clearance Card Application

 
DISCOUNTS and GROUP PRICING
(One discount per person or group)
  • 20% Off the Base Price = $24.00/Card/Person for:
    • Military (Active Duty; Retired; Reserve; Veterans Association Members) Note: Must show Military ID or Veterans Association Membership Card.
  • 20% Off the Base Price = $24.00/Card/Person for:
    • Group of 5 to 14 - at one appointment location - during the same appointment
  • 40% Off the Base Price = $18.00/Card/Person for:
    • Group of 15 to 24 - at one appointment location - during the same appointment
  • 60% Off the Base Price = $12.00/Card/Person for:
    • Group of 25 or more - at one appointment location - during the same appointment

 

 

PAYMENT METHODS

WE ACCEPT CASH, CHECK, or MONEY ORDER ONLY. (No Debit or Charge Cards at this time)

  • If paying with cash or money order, please you must have the exact amount.
  • If paying with a personal check, you must have on your check: Name - Address - Phone Number - Valid ID Number. The Name & Address must match an acceptable Valid Photo ID, such as: Drivers License; current Passport; other AZ State issued Picture ID; Military ID, Mexican Consulate Identification Card or Passport. Note: Student IDs, temporary DMV printouts or other forms of ID will not be accepted for any reason at any time.
  • Special Notice: $35.00 charge for each/all returned/insufficient funds checks. Forged or Fraudulent checks will be reported to law enforcement and will be prosecuted.
