  • The quickest and preferred method for the initial scheduling of an appointment is by Phone, but, Email or Fax will also result in an appointment. 

 

  • Day and Evening appointments are available.
     
  •  Note: I reserve the right to refuse to fingerprint anyone, at anytime, for any reason, without liability or obligation.
